Returns and Refunds

You are always welcome to return or exchange the products purchased on our website. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you. The item(s) must be returned to

in proper condition and in its original packaging unless returned as faulty or damaged.

We offer several methods of compensation for a returned item if the product is undamaged and the package is in proper condition:

Although you are free to choose the preferred compensation, we reserve the right to change the list of available compensation options depending on the items returned, customer location, banking peculiarities, or other reasons creating difficulties or inconveniences whether for Proud Drinks Ltd or for customers.


How to Return a Purchased Item

The shipping cost for the returned items is paid by you. If you would like to return a faulty or damaged item, please discuss the returns process by sending and email to soren@proud.beer. We may require photographic evidence of damaged goods.


What Happens Next?

We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return in its original condition and processed your return.


Non-Refundable Items

As our beer is perishable we unfortunately can't accept any returns.
